We ship throughout **all of Colombia**:
- Major cities (Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Bucaramanga, Pereira, Manizales)
- Intermediate cities
- Rural areas with carrier coverage

## ⏰ Delivery Times

*Business days: Monday to Friday. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday.*

## 💰 Shipping Cost

🎉 **FREE on purchases over $100,000 COP**

For smaller orders, the cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. Generally between $8,000 and $15,000 COP.

## 📦 What is the process?

**1. You place the order**
You complete your details on the website and confirm.

**2. Confirmation via WhatsApp**
We contact you to validate your order and address.

**3. Dispatch within 24h**
We coordinate with the shipping carrier.

**4. On its way**
We send you the tracking number via WhatsApp to track your order.

**5. Delivery to your door**
The carrier calls you before arriving. You pay in cash and receive your product.

## 🤔 Special Cases

**If you are not home:**
- Another person can receive it with the cash
- If no one is there, it will be reattempted the next day
- 3 failed attempts = return to warehouse

**If the address is wrong:**
Let us know as soon as possible via WhatsApp to correct it.

**If you live in a rural area:**
Some areas may have small additional costs. We will notify you before dispatching.
