Some products come with an **extended manufacturer's warranty**. This is indicated on the product page.

## ❌ What it DOES NOT cover:

- ❌ Damage due to misuse or drops
- ❌ Damage due to exposure to water/liquids (if the product is not waterproof)
- ❌ Aesthetic damage from normal use
- ❌ Modifications made by the customer
- ❌ Loss or theft of the product

## 📋 How to Claim Warranty?

**Step 1:** Contact us via WhatsApp with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the defect

**Step 2:** Our team evaluates the case within 24-48 hours.

**Step 3:** If the warranty applies:
- We arrange free collection
- We inspect the product at the warehouse (2-5 business days)
- We proceed with repair, exchange, or refund
